Tier-II Examination: This stage is a descriptive type paper consisting of an Essay (30 marks) and English Comprehension & Précis Writing (20 marks), totaling 50 marks. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 33% marks (17 out of 50) in Tier-II to qualify for the next stage.
Tier-III/Interview: Qualified candidates from Tier-II are called for the Interview round. The final selection is based on the combined performance in Tier-I, Tier-II, and Tier-III/Interview. Candidates also undergo Character & Antecedent verification and medical examination before final appointment.
IB ACIO Grade 2 Application Process
Candidates are required to apply online through the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) once the notification is released. The application process typically involves two steps:
